Guild Requirements
Friendly, active, mature players
Functioning Vent with mic (which you actually use).

We want our guild to be as active as possible.
So:-
Register on the forum and check it often
Be friendly - when you come online at least say 'Hi' and 'Bye' when you leave.
Be active - If a team is being formed, answer the call.
Don't rage if someone criticizes you. We all need to improve - accept the criticism and learn from it.
Please - if you're going on holiday post it on the forum here. Anyone who is away for more than 2 weeks may be kicked unless you've posted.

Officers
- Check the forum DAILY. It's the only way to make sure everyone gets all the news. Status is very small and we can't post much.

- Recruit players for particular roles in the core team ie warrior/caller, shatterstone, snare ele, pd mez, rc monk etc. (We especially need front-liners who can call and you can never have too many monks).

- Ask 'What are you GOOD at?' - not just 'What can you run?'


When we're running - DON'T BALL, REZ, RESIGN when you're told to, and FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS from the team leader/caller! And don't RAGE.
